Maddyness – Gino LegalTech partners with Hachette Livre
Gino LegalTech, a startup specializing in the automation and management of the contract lifecycle, has partnered with Hachette Livre following an international tender. Its CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solution will be deployed in the group’s French publishing houses from 2021. This solution, “user-oriented”, would have mainly seduced Hachette Livre by “its intuitiveness, its functional adaptability and its technological agility to support and facilitate the digital transformation”.
