Last November, Juriste d’Entreprise Magazine (JEM), the reference publication of the French Association of Corporate Lawyers, published an exceptional special issue dedicated to Legal Ops, a function that is becoming more and more important within companies to support the transformation of legal departments.
In this special issue, Gino Legaltech was given a special place, since in the chapter “Digitization, orga and process”, a very complete article was dedicated to the five (very) good practices of CLM according to Philippe Ginestié, President and founder of Gino Legaltech, which were themselves confronted with the feedback of Olivier Giannoni, Legal Director of the UGAP, the French public procurement agency.
